Tall Tale Productions has been around since 1991 when current owner and president Greg Daughtry founded the company out of his home. After extensive experience working in the Charlotte, NC market as a director/DP/producer, Greg decided it was time to strike out on his own. Over 15 years later, we are still kicking!
Of course, the industry has changed quite a bit. With the advent of HD technology, Tall Tale Productions has become one of the leading resources in the area for HD production and equipment rentals.
I started at Tall Tale Productions late last year after working with Greg for many years as a client. I have enjoyed my time here and would like to use this blog to become a more active part of the production community. If all goes well, this will end up as a place where people can meet, where questions can be asked and answered, and where people can find opportunities to work together.
